Peter began his teaching/coaching career in September 1997, instructing junior and adult players. He enjoys working with all ages and abilities, and has been instrumental in guiding young players through the stages of development from beginner to the Division I NCAA scholarship ranks. Peter is certified by the USPTA as a P-1 professional and is also a certified specialist in Competitive Player Development. Prior to his teaching career, Peter competed briefly on the ATP Challenger Tour and satellite circuits achieving world rankings in singles and doubles. As a collegiate player at Duke University, Peter was a four time ACC champion. He garnered All ACC, Academic All ACC, and All American honors. Peter was named to the ACC 50th Anniversary Team, recognizing him as one of the best 50 tennis players in ACC history.

Peter was a highly decorated junior player, achieving at least a top 6 national ranking in each age division. He is the holder of two national titles and was the gold medalist at the U.S. Olympic Festival in 1990

Get better, together.  Juniors or adults can participate in 90 minute clinics based on age and ability.
