Lori LaFevre grew up in Troy, Ohio playing competitive tennis and winning many city and other regional open championships during her junior career. In college, she played #1 singles at Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN and graduated from the University of Tennessee. Lori is a USPTA Certified Pro who has found her life’s passion in teaching tennis. She has been teaching for over 10 years and has worked with wheelchair tennis, high level juniors, adults, and Quick Start Tennis. While teaching and coaching at the prestigious Punahou Academy in Honolulu (Sports Illustrated ‘s #1 sports school in the U.S.), she also paddled with the Koa Kai paddling crew and became an avid scuba diver. Lori’s success at working with children has led to directing tennis and recreation camps in Honolulu, Cashiers, NC and Charleston.
